Application
Non-woven fabrics are also called lint-free cloth, which are made without weaving. With the advantage of fast production, convenient tailoring and easy forming, it is widely applied in various industries, especially the medical care industry, such as the surgical gowns, caps, sanitary pads and pants, diaper and wet wipes, which usually requires high quality and sanitation. It gives rise to the increasing demands for AOI.
For the materials and processes involved in the production of non-woven fabrics, AOI can be installed on the production equipment for 100% real-time monitoring and online inspection, which can be also installed on the roller for offline random inspection or full inspection.
Inspection specifications
- Product width, thickness and color: Samples are provided for testing as required, which are subject to the test results and evaluation schemes.
- Processing speed: High-precision cameras are provided based on the requirements of processing speed and defect inspection accuracy.
- Defect inspection accuracy: It is subject to the requirements, which is recommended to be higher than 0.1mm.
- Camera: High-resolution camera with fine-tuning mechanism and industrial precision optical lens
- Central control system: The integrated cabinet contains data processing, IO control, voltage stabilization and cooling systems
- Light source system: High LM and LUX LED linear light source unit
