Job Details
Education: Bachelor in Science
Location: Mumbai
Salary: INR20,000.00 – INR35,000.00 per month (Depends on interview)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify relevant tenders through government portals (GeM, eProcurement, etc.) and private sources.
- Evaluate eligibility, technical & financial requirements, and deadlines.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents (technical bids, commercial bids, compliance sheets, and declarations).
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, finance, legal) for collecting supporting documents and approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of bids online or physically, as per tender requirements.
- Track tender results, clarifications, and negotiations.
- Coordinate for participation in Reverse Auctions (RA) or Price Bids when required.
- Maintain tender documentation, correspondences, and logs for audits and future reference.
- Keep track of Earnest Money Deposits (EMD), Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), and other financial instruments.
- Communicate with government agencies, PSUs, clients, or consultants regarding tender clarifications and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in tendering (Govt. e-marketplace, e-procurement portals) preferred.
- Experience in scientific equipment or industry.
- Knowledge of commercial documents like EMD, PBG, GST, MSME certificates, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), PDF editors, and online submission portals.

- Sourcing Tender in Gem portal: 1 year (Required)
- Total work: 2 years (Preferred)

Primary Responsibility
- Technical discussion with Professor/Scientists, understand their requirements, configure the system as per requirement for Spectroscopy, microscopy & Condensed Matter Physics.
- Self-motivated to find out new opportunities.
- Technical Support and Service support for all the existing system. We shall guide you on this.
- Pre-installation, Installation and Sales after support for all the instruments.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Should be able to visit and promote all major universities/research institutes in north India and promote and sell Products.
- Plans an effective sales targeting approach to the assigned sales territory.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business.
- Should be able to travel across the designated territory, self-initiation, and need to plan proactively.
Experience
- Required Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in sales/service.
